Delivery Information

We delivery globally but if, for any reason, your country is not on the list then please get in touch by emailing contact@redseriesboots.com and will will help make arrangements.

We aim to ship our orders within 2 workings days of your order being received unless it is a pre order.

We use a combination of DPD, UPS, TNT, FEDEX and Parcel Force to deliver your order as quickly as possible. If you require a specific service then please get in touch before placing your order.

Discounted International Delivery - we always do our best to keep shipping costs to a minimum, as such we offer discounted rates on all of our International shipping. We do require physical addresses to ship to, no PO BOX addresses, please.

We do not accept responsibility for failed deliveries. If we receive any returned orders where we have tried our best to assist the courier to deliver your order then any return shipping may be deducted from any possible refunds.

We do not cover, nor take responsibility, for any importing or customs charges that may be due to sales outside of the UK.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Due to the UK not longer belonging to the UE, new import taxes came through, so please be aware, if you are receiving our boots from Spain to the UK, you might be charged by Customs, we have most of our stock in Spain, so if you are in an European country, all good, nothing to worry about. We normally have stock in the UK as well, so if you live in the UK, please contact us before buying to ensure a smooth transaction.
